Berlitz Edinburgh can offer a two-bedroom flat in the heart of the City Centre in the historic Old Town - only a new metres from the Palace of Holyrood (the official residence of the Queen in Edinburgh) and the new Scottish Parliament.
Calton Road runs parallel to the Royal Mile and the flat is within easy walking distance of the train station (5 minutes) and Berlitz Language Centre (20 minutes). There are many pubs and restaurants on the Royal Mile.
The flat is situated in a courtyard on the first floor of a converted 19th century brewery building, and comprises:
- living room with sofa-bed and desk
- kitchen and dining area
- double bedroom
- 2nd bedroom with bunk beds (ideal for children, or single adult)
- bathroom with bath and shower
- car parking space inside courtyard (locked at night)
- shared south-facing hillside garden

The flat is equipped with bed linen, towels, TV with DVD/CD, washing machine/dryer, iron and board, microwave and the usual kitchen amenities.
£350.00 per week (+ £25 maintainance fee)
£400.00 per week (+ £25 maintainance fee) in July, August & Christmas/New Year
The flat is rented on a Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday basis. This is 7 nights. Guests are requested to vacate the flat by mid-day to allow the flat to be prepared for incoming guests. Extra nights are charged at £80 per night.
